Custom Saddle Bags

I turn beloved saddles that are sitting unused into keepsake handbags to carry with you forever!

Your saddle has a story — your missed and cherished horse, miles ridden, memories made.
Instead of letting it sit unused, I can transform your saddle into a timeless, functional bag you can carry and remember your horse every day.

Each piece is handcrafted by me, preserving the character, marks, and history of your saddle while giving it a new life, you are involved in the design process and give me the direction to make the perfect bag for you!

The Process

1. Submit Your Request

Either send me an email on t.heath120@outlook.com and include photos of your saddle, or contact me via Facebook or Whatsapp, tell me what style you’re envisioning, or you can choose a shape and style from one of our ready made bags collection.

2. Design & Quote

I’ll review your saddle and ideas, then send you a design proposal, timeline, and price, you only pay a small deposit and the rest when your bag is finished and you are happy with the result!

3. Ship Your Saddle

Once we finalize details and a deposit is placed, you’ll post your saddle to my workshop, or I can collect it if you are local.

4. Making Your Bag

Your bag is carefully cut, shaped, stitched, and finished by hand. I will send you photos of your bag once finished and make sure you are happy with it.

5. Delivery

Your finished custom bag is shipped back to you — ready for its next chapter.

What to Expect From Your Finished Bag

Your bag will:

Showcase original saddle character and markings
Be designed and made to your requirements
Include quality hardware
Be built to last for years

Natural marks, scars, and wear from your saddle are part of its story and will remain visible wherever possible.

Important Notes

Saddles must be structurally usable leather.
Severely cracked or dry leather may limit design options.
If additional leather is required, I will discuss options with you before proceeding.
