Order Processing
For our ready made bags and unpersonalised items, please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before shipment.
For custom saddle bag orders made from your own saddle, processing times will be longer and will depend on the complexity of the project, and waiting list. Estimated production time will be discussed and confirmed with you after we receive your saddle.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of the order.
Estimated delivery times:

Custom Saddle Orders
If you are ordering a bag made from your own saddle, you will need to send your saddle to us first.

Shipping your saddle to us is the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service.

Once the bag is completed, we will ship the finished product back to you using a tracked courier.
Full instructions will be provided after your order is placed.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees, which are the responsibility of the customer.
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
